Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account on Growzy Labs Ads & Earn you agree to these terms. If you are using the platform for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate details, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. One person or organisation may not operate multiple accounts to evade limits, strikes or suspensions.

3. Advertiser terms

• Campaign budgets are reserved from your wallet when a campaign is created and released if the campaign is rejected, cancelled or completes with budget remaining.
• You cannot select which channels receive your ad. Distribution is automatic and based on publisher quality scores and fair rotation.
• You are charged per verified delivery (CPM) or per validated click (CPC) at the rate snapshotted when the campaign was created.
• All creatives are subject to moderation. We may reject or pause any campaign that breaches our content policy, with the reason recorded.
• You own your creative and confirm you have the rights to use it, including any images and trademarks.

4. Publisher terms

• You must genuinely own or administrate any chat you connect. We verify this through the Telegram API.
• Ads must remain visible for at least 60 minutes. Removing an ad early reverses that payout and records a strike.
• You receive 60% of what the advertiser pays for your delivery. The remainder funds the platform.
• Artificially inflating members, impressions or clicks is grounds for income freeze and suspension.
• Withdrawals are available from ₹200.00 and are paid to the details you provide, which we store encrypted.

5. Prohibited content

Ads may not promote: scams or fraudulent schemes; phishing or malware; illegal goods or services; sexual content involving minors; weapons or explosives; counterfeit goods; or "guaranteed return" investment offers. We screen against a keyword list and review campaigns before they go live, but we may also remove anything that breaches this section afterwards.

6. Strikes and enforcement

Publishers accrue strikes for confirmed violations. At the configured thresholds, income is frozen and then the account is suspended. Where a verification check is inconclusive, we resolve it in the publisher's favour and issue nothing. Strikes can be appealed through support and expire after the configured period.

7. Measurement

The Telegram Bot API does not report unique human views for most chats, and does not report who deleted a message. We record what we can justify and label its source on every delivery. We do not present estimated figures as exact, and we do not attribute a deletion to a specific person.

8. Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for the conduct of advertisers or publishers, or for outages of Telegram itself. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time; any available balance is payable subject to our verification. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will state the reason.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified in the dashboard before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
