Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data: name, username, email, password hash, role and status.
• Telegram data: your numeric Telegram ID and username when you link your account, and the chat ID, title, type and member count of channels you connect.
• Financial data: wallet balances, ledger entries, deposits, earnings and withdrawals. Payout details are encrypted at rest and only a masked hint is visible to staff.
• Activity data: deliveries, impressions, clicks, and administrative actions taken on your account.

2. What we deliberately do not store

We do not store raw IP addresses for click tracking. Clicks are recorded with a salted SHA-256 hash of the address and user agent, which lets us detect duplicates and bursts without retaining an identifier we could hand over or leak. We do not store your Telegram messages, subscriber lists, or the contents of your channels.

3. Why we process it

To operate your account, distribute and verify ads, calculate and pay earnings, detect fraud, meet legal obligations, and provide support. Financial records are retained for the period required by law even after an account is closed.

4. Sharing

We share data with Telegram (necessarily, to post ads and verify chats) and with payment providers where relevant. We do not sell personal data. Advertisers receive aggregate delivery reporting; they cannot browse or target individual publishers.

5. Security

Passwords are hashed with a modern algorithm and never stored in plain text. Payout details are encrypted. Sessions are regenerated on login, forms are CSRF-protected, and all database access uses prepared statements. Bot tokens and secrets live only in server-side configuration and are never exposed to the browser, an API response or a log line.

6. Your rights

You can access and correct your data in Settings, export your ledger, and request deletion — subject to financial records we are required to retain. Write to support@growzylabs.in or open a support ticket to make a request.

7. Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in, plus a browser localStorage entry to remember your light/dark theme choice. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set on this site.
