Refund Policy

Last updated 24 August 2026

1. Advertiser refunds

Wallet funds are spent only as ads are delivered. Because of that, most "refund" situations resolve automatically:

  • Campaign rejected: the entire reserved budget returns to your wallet immediately, with a ledger entry.
  • Campaign cancelled: the unspent portion returns to your wallet immediately.
  • Campaign completed: any budget not spent is returned automatically when the campaign closes.
  • Failed deliveries: you are never charged for an ad that failed to post, or for a delivery that did not pass verification.
  • Invalid clicks: clicks flagged by fraud screening are not billed.

2. Withdrawing wallet funds

Unspent wallet funds can be returned to the original payment method on request. Open a support ticket with your deposit reference. We may ask for verification before returning funds, and we return them by the same route they arrived to prevent money laundering.

3. What is not refundable

  • Amounts already spent on delivered, verified ads. Delivery is the service.
  • Campaigns you cancel after they have run — only the unspent balance returns.
  • Poor campaign performance. We do not guarantee clicks, conversions or sales.

4. Publisher payouts

Earnings become available after the verification hold period and can be withdrawn from ₹200.00. A payout that fails because of incorrect details you supplied is returned to your available balance so you can correct them and try again. Earnings reversed after a confirmed violation are not restored unless the strike is revoked on appeal.

5. Disputes

If you believe a charge or reversal is wrong, open a support ticket with the relevant IDs. Every movement of money on this platform has a ledger entry with a before and after balance, so disputes can be traced precisely rather than argued about.
